Sides.. Red Onion & Lime Guacamole

 I'll post a Photo soon!!!

1 Avocado, mashed
1T fresh Lime Juice
1/8 Red Onion, finely chopped
Handful of Coriander, finely chopped
1/2t Sea Salt (Pink Himalayan)
1/2t Pepper (Green, White or Black)

Combine all Ingredients in a Bowl,
Test the Seasoning and adjust as necessary,
Push Glad Wrap on to the top of the Guacamole so there is no air between the Gauc and the Glad Wrap... this will stop it going brown before you use it...

I like to add Cherry Tomatoes that i have Quartered (so that they are really little)
~ the only time i omit the Tomatoes is when I have a version of Tomato Salsa to serve with the Guac in whatever meal I serve.
