Sides.. Ricotta Cheese ~ Macadamia & Rosemary
2T Lime Juice
1T Nutritional Flakes (optional)
1T finely finely chopped Fresh Rosemary Leaves
Blend all Ingredients in a Blender (or Vita Mix) until smooth like Ricotta Cheese..
Add Salt to taste..
Enjoy!!!
My "Turn it into a Superfood" Tip: if you add 1t Probiotic (white powder only) to this Cheese it will be tasteless but the nutritional factor will have multiplied!!! You can buy powder or empty 4-5 capsules into the Blender... i do it all the time and it feels good knowing my Food is doing Double Duty!!!
